Archival Pieces Pontchartrain I pg 1
Item: FA267
Description: Flint Ridge Pontchartrain Type 1 - This is a GREAT piece.  I believe this material to be a colorful Flint Ridge.  This piece was found in Ohio.  I purchased this piece at Jim Bennett's auction in Fort Mitchell, KY in Dec. 2007.  It has great symmetry and flaking.  There is an ancient impact to the tip that was then anciently re-worked.  This is a beautiful piece that displays well.  Ex- Monty Pennington
