- Description: Huge Illinois Hornstone Thebes - Here is a HUGE Thebes made of Hornstone with a cream spot or two. It was found near Mt Carmel in Wabash County, Illinois and collected by Tim Aldridge. It is thin and has a slight torque (see photos). This piece is a "hand full" of Thebes. The wide blade edges are slightly serrated and have been re-sharpened resulting in a slight beveling. This is a FINE, BIG, Thebes. A centerpiece in any frame. Ex- Tim Aldridge

- Description: Beautiful Big Preble Co. Ohio Thebes G-8 - Here is a really beautiful big Thebes from Ohio. It is made of a Tan to Dark Gray Flint with gray speckles. Jewdy named it "Lightning" because of the stripe from tip to base! A very nice broad, well flaked example that has lots of color. Comes with a Tom Davis COA grading it a G-8 and dated Sept, 23, 2002.
