However, I now believe it may be a Sonora Variant because of the pitted material. It is a well flaked Big Sandy that has a small ancient tip ding. I think it was probably needle tipped and it snapped off. It was found in Bourbon County, KY. The base is concave and ground. Ex- Monty Pennington

It is an authentic blade........ probably a Benton or Copena Blade....... Someone has "historically" added notches to it. Sorry I missed it the first time. A shame!
