Description: Fantastic Harahey Blade from Kentucky - Here is a VERY nice Mississippian piece that we just got in a personally found collection from KY.  It was found in Henry County, Kentucky by Charles Clark.  This piece VERY nice for the type with almost perfect symmetry and nice flaking.  It is incredibly thin!  It is made of well patinated Hornstone and is beveled on all edges of both blade faces.  IF you want a QUALITY Mississippian blade, you should own this!   Slated to be pictured in Overstreet # 11 due out in Fall of 2009.  Ex- Monty Pennington

Description: Desert or Pueblo Alto Side Notch -  This Beautiful Gem of a point is from the Colorado / Utah border area in the Four Corners region of Montezuma County, Colorado and San Juan County, Utah.  It is VERY thin, has a needle like tip, and nice side notches.  I It is made of agatized "petrified" wood, probably Elizabethian Petrified Wood.  If this IS a Pueblo Alto Side-notch, from the Chaco Point Cluster, it is placed in the Late Prehistoric time frame 1020-1200 AD.  It was once owned by Bob Knowlton of Grand Junction, Colorado.  Ex- Bob Knowlton, Ex- Shane Pendergrass, Ex- Monty Pennington

Description: Wallula Gap or Rabbit Island -  This Beautiful Gem is made of Plum Agate.  It is either a Wallula Gap or a Rabbit Island.  I will let you decide.  This piece was papered by Ben Stermer, but the paper has been lost.  It has a very nice tip and nice pointed barbed ears.   It was found in Oregon.  Ex- Shane Pendergrass, Ex- Monty Pennington

Description: LARGE Carter Chert Madison Triangle - This is a LARGE gray to tan to pink Triangle made of translucent Carter Chert.  It was found in Montgomery County, KY.  It has a slight ancient ding to one side, which does not hurt this piece because of the size.

Description: KY Hornstone Fort Ancient - This FINE Fort Ancient is made of Kentucky Hornstone.  It has a needle tip and excellent symmetry.  The flaking is EXCEPTIONAL.  There is ONE flake missing on one side near the base, but this is ancient and may have been during manufacture as the flake runs to the medium ridge and blends with the rest of the flaking.  I would grade this one a G-9+ (see photos)  It was found in Estill County, KY.  Ex- Monty Pennington
